How You Use Products You Receive From Us

Our order form has several drop-down menus which you must complete. These include such things as length, number of pages, subject area, topic title, type of product (e.g., essay, paper, book review, etc.), number of resources, format style, and so forth. There is also a box in which additional detail may be added. We urge you to give us as much detail as you can. When you do this, your writer will be able to better meet your needs.

If you remember additional instructions after your order has been submitted, you may message your writer with them, through your own personal account page. In fact, you will be able to communicate with your writer at any time during the process.

It is possible that you writer may have additional questions of you. For this reason, you are urged to check in on your personal account regularly, because there may be messages for you. If there are specific resources that you require, you may upload them during the ordering process or send them directly to your writer.

Instructions about Research/Resources

You have two options regarding resources used. If you do not have specific resource requirements, then your writer will select them. Because your writer is a topic area expert, s/he will locate the best resources available. If you have specific resource requirements, you will need to identify them and provide links or upload them. If you do not have access to the required resources and we have to pay for access, we will charge you for that additional cost. Please understand that your product will not be delivered until that additional cost is paid. If you are to upload resource materials, you must do so immediately. Failure to do so may delay production and your deadline, and we are not responsible for those delays.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time. Based upon when you cancel, you will receive a refund. If you cancel before a writer has been assigned, your refund will be full. If, however, a writer has been assigned and has begun work, your refund will be pro-rated, based on how much work has been done. You may also apply any refund amount to your account, so that it may be used toward a future order.

Requesting Revisions

If you are not fully satisfied with the final draft of your order, you may request revisions. If those revisions do not represent any change from your order, they are free of charge. If your revision changes the original order, there will be a fee attached. Please check to be certain that there are no mistakes in your original order when you receive a confirmation from us. This will avoid having to make change requests later on.

Payment for Orders

Customers provide their deadlines when they place their orders, and it is our responsibility to meet those deadlines. Except in true emergency situations, we do not miss deadlines, and, if one should occur, we notify the client immediately and take whatever steps necessary to complete the order as quickly as possible. If deadlines are missed because of client failure to provide resources, failure to pick up messages and respond, or request for revisions that were not in the original order, we are not responsible.

Payment is Required before Work Begins

We will not assign a writer to an order until payment has been received. If your bank requires identity verification, we will let you know immediately, and request the identifying documents from you. Once an order is in process, if a client should change instructions that require additional fee, these must be paid for work will resume. All payments must be settled before a work will be delivered. If work is delayed because of payment issues, we are not responsible.

Providing Your Academic Level

We cannot assign the correct write unless we know whether you are in high school, college, or grad school. If you provide incorrect information on the order form, we may assign your order to the wrong writer. Correcting this after work has begun will require additional charges.
